Case packer is a fully automatic case, crate and tray loading system. It accommodates a wide variety of containers like bottles, tubs, jars and cans, loading them into

  1. “Pick and place” loading at high speed is gentle and precise.
  2. Rapid and simple change-overs between products within 5 minutes. Overall changeover within 15 minutes.
  3. Simple mechanical cam following technology allows for ease of use and low maintenance.

Sequence of Operation:

Containers are accepted onto the system’s primary in-feed and then channelized into the required lanes across the conveyor and staged within lanes.

Lanes are sequenced into a fixed flight delivering collated and registered containers to the pick area.

Once containers arrive into the pick area, Case packer’s head descends securing the product with vacuum or other grippers vertically and placed within staged cases.

As an on-demand system, the cycle is repeated until the cases are completely packed.
